Symptoms

  • Cannot activate VIPM online
  • Package directory not loading or showing errors
  • VIPM website (vipm.io) not accessible
  • Unable to browse or download packages

Resolution

Check the current status of VIPM services at status.vipm.io.

This page shows real-time status for:

  • Online Activation Service
  • Package Directory Service
  • VIPM Website

If a service is down, JKI engineers are actively working to resolve the issue. Check the status page for updates on when service is expected to be restored.

If all services show as operational but you're still experiencing issues, contact JKI support with details about your specific error.
